Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you enter into Listing Copy MVP ("the Service"). This is an early-stage MVP, and this notice will be expanded as the product matures.

1. What we collect

When you use the Service, we process the listing or tour details you type into the form — such as location, price, highlights, and target audience — in order to generate copy. We do not currently require you to create an account or provide personal contact details to use the Service.

2. How we use it

The information you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider in order to generate the description, captions, and hashtags returned to you. We use this information only to provide and improve the Service — not to sell it to third parties.

3. Third-party AI processing

Generating copy requires sending your submitted text to an AI model provider for processing. That provider processes the data on our behalf to return the generated content. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as personal identification numbers, financial account details, or health information) in the listing fields.

4. Data retention

As an MVP, the Service does not currently offer persistent accounts or a content history. Submitted data may be temporarily processed and logged for debugging, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting purposes, and is not retained longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Service does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If this changes as the product develops, this notice will be updated accordingly.

6. Your choices

Because the Service does not require an account, you can stop using it at any time and simply not submit further information. If you have questions about data you've submitted, you can contact the team operating this MVP.

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the Service evolves, for example when new features, data practices, or providers are introduced.
